What we collect

The public username or link you enter, the service and package you choose, your email address (for updates about your order and the Stripe receipt) and your IP address (to prevent fraud).

We do not collect passwords, and we never see your card number: payments are processed by Stripe.

Why we use it

To deliver your order, send your receipt and order link, answer support requests, and prevent fraud and abuse. We do not sell your data.

Who we share it with

Stripe (payments) and our delivery partners, who receive only the public username or link and the quantity needed to fulfil the order.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require. You can ask us to delete anything we are not required to keep.
